ok here we go....

Today i was limited by paypal, for supposedly selling items on CV that are against AUP

i have emailed their AUP department and they are supposed to go through my site and tell me which items i am selling that is against their AUP so that i may remove them and get my account back.

Based off of the answer givin to me by phone w/ paypal they had said that my account was reported as selling items against aup but have not checked to be sure the report was not fraudulent.
