I am 18 but im not the owner, just a friend, so im helping promoting the site.
I can't tell you 100% sure, but i think he is 23 (the owner).
Anymore questions/suggestions/complain about the site, post here or on the local forum there., will be gald to help.

and this is directed at everyone i am not singling anybody out here.
if we find out any people in here lie or post sites and pretend it isnt theirs or we find out there is minors operating it, you will be reported to paypal and your hosting company.
along with any other disasterous actions(either legal or illegal ;D ) we could possibly take against you to cause you misery on the internet.....

please note we are not forcing you to do so or the owner, but as twysted here mentioned if he is to trust ever doing business with you then it would be nice to know the admin is verified and of age,
we simply wont tolerate underage nonsense here, thank you for understanding

i think there should a selected person to take the "document" in private with the admin of the site , their identity will be protected at all times no matter what,..their identity is for the ADMIN here and no one else.
so this will need discussed more i think,...i just dont feel right forcing to post for the entire world.... :-\
the entire world does not need to see,...if we the mods or admins( whoever is selected for this duty) verify the document is truthful and they are who they say they are and are of age....then the entire public does not need to see...that is why we are here....

Please note that approval only shows the owner is of legal age and has not scammed anyone as far as wel can tell at this time
As there are a lot of new ptc coming out lately, there are also a lot of new, unknown owners.
At this time there is no way to tell what will happen with all these new websites.
It is never wise to invest your own funds into a site until the site has proven to be honest and paying ;)
