I don't know about referral stealer, but I just want to share my bad experience of buying ref package.
I bought a referral package there a night before the site went down.
Only 4 active / 20 referrals. Many 0 clicks. I think I am so unlucky.
Sometimes, I just want to copy and paste those 0 clicks members and draw HAPPY FACES on those 0. Maybe I can feel better afterward if I'll do this.
