The minimum payout is set at $3 for the first cashout, $5 for the second, $7 for the third and $10 for every one after that.  The minimum cashouts for Upgraded members are set at $3 for the first cashout, $5 for the second, $7 for the third and $10 for every cashout after that.

Standard members need to have 50 ad clicks and upgraded members must have 50 ad clicks to cashout.
