it is a 70 cents matrix and recently they have added a ptc section with a click value of $0.002
you can 'enter the matrix' when your balance reaches 70 cents. you can withdraw at $1 through alertpay.
will they allow me to withdraw even if i dont join the matrix

His sites were made for scamming purpose only. After the sites had mystically disappeared the 70Cents admin claimed they weren't his sites.
