I purchased elite membership ($49.95) in November 6.  It expires November 7 2013. Only Payza payments can be received (paypal doesn't work cause of country).
It's for sale. Sale cost is $16. You can pay it to me with Paypal, Payza, Perfect Money or Liberty Reserve.

Earn $0.06 daily fixed advertisements. And coming extra advertisements in day.
Paid to Promote $0.0002 per click.

yeah, they don't butt in anything about this. You can change e-mail, password. But you can't change country detail.
So you can take cashout only to Payza.

i completely understand you want to leave clicksia   =:))

but clicksia does not allow the sale of accounts 
if you disagree contact the admin and get his permission
