Any good shared hosting for $5/mo?

Hello guys,
I'm looking for a reliable hosting provider for a Good Price I can go Up to $5/mo.
Anyone knows where I can find it? What can you say about KVChosting.net and also QHoster.com website hosting and reliability?

You can send an email to a potential web hosting service and judge their customer service, firsthand.

Do not compromise what had been planned about for the web site just to meet the level of what can just be offered with the cheap web hosting package.

Check on the disk space allocation, bandwidth, security features, traffic flow, e-mail storage capacity, and the kind of multiple domain accounts.

What are they accountable for in terms of an outage?

Would like to add that QHoster.com is well priced and within everyone's budget. So far they have been excellent.
They currently have 30 locations: UK, USA, Mexico, Canada, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Norway.

I would highly recommend kvchosting.net cheap web hosting to any people not happy with their current host.
I am able to focus on my business instead of worrying about my site's uptime, since all that is taken care of very well.
