Absolut, no money for upgrading and hard to decide what upgrade to select to manny options this feels like a gamble.
Also with the levels, do you have any idea what's going on in level 2 or 3?
You can have a look for only $15 and I'm finally making money in this industry after 1 year, that's to much money!
I have 34 refs now which make me about 4 cents daily.

I know, many liars running around, but believe me I hate liars.

I was shocked about the fee you paid them, is this because of the country?
I'm from Belgium.

No idea, I don't intend to upgrade.
Like a crossing games, between countries. From/to some there are fees. A mystery. 

I asked because the minimum to cash out for standard members is $2 (at least for me)
and you show payment of 1,10

minimum for me is $2 as well but it was $1 for a limited time

your payout is the only one with high fees.  none of the other pp payouts have fees

i would guess this is one of the admins who lost the masspay function.  he is doing personal payouts
nobody can send personal payments to anyone in brasil
