Looks like he backed down again when he was losing. EE, I'd sue him for libel on your site, I know you've done your due diligence so he'll fry pretty good.

I guess he mustn't have too much faith in his site if the strategy looks like this:

Bash EE, BT joins -> Tell sob story about being bashed before
Confronted about AP -> Lie about no one using AP (As a matter of fact it's still the preferred processor for PTC, because as I recall using Paypal for MLM is illegal)
Losing Fight -> Recede from topic and crack stupid jokes on the way out
