I'm not the admin of this site.
ClixSis is hosted on buxhost but has paid a good amount already for tbeir first month.
The admin is really present and really take care of his site.
The rates is reajusted regularly to ensure the stability of the site so I can't give an accurate answer on that.
It work with the "renting direct referral" system and it cost abput $0.50/ea.
