Title: Paypal Verified and Name

I know how to check and see if a customer is Paypal Verified.  Is there a way to check the name on their Paypal account before I pay them?

how you see if he is verified?

login to paypal and pretend to send them $0.01 and the second page will show xxx will receive ..... $0.01

dav7 login to paypal and then check this link using the receivers pp   https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal=email
