Title: Referal Exchange Rules
Post by: Aurora on October 28, 2008, 03:36:15 PM
This board is specifically for members looking to exchange PTC links with other forum members.

By exchanging in the referal exchange you agree to be active on your exchange partners site, if you have a reason not to click on a site (scam?) let your partner know

This can be a great way for members to get active referals in their downline but it is also an extra risk (new) members choose to take.

TalkPTC staff will check general forum rules and board specific rules are followed but we have no way to track every user and/or exchange. if you have a complaint about the exchange board post in the reports board.  Proven cheaters will be dealt with.

You use this board at your own risk so before joining any of the exchanges do some research into the person making the exchange, negative karma? any complaints?
It is not our job to make sure trades are enforced, it is up to you to make sure your exchange partners are legit

Board specific rules:
- the topic starter must post the deal in the thread, do not ask for pm for info or link to other forums, facebook or blogs
- your post must include what sites you offer and any specific requirements, ie pp or payza
- do no tell people to sign up and then send their sites,  approve or disapprove their sites before you tell them to signup
- stay in your own thread, do not spam!
- only use original links, no hidden or shortened links.
- Bump max once every 24 hours
- do not chit chat in the threads, stay on topic
- do not post offers or exchanges for other forums
- max 3 topics per poster
- if you posted an exchange and your inactive or away make a post, let other know whats going on, if you have not logged in for 28 days your thread will be removed

some members may choose to arrange exchanges via pm.   Do so at your own risk, if you are reported spamming you will be banned.

For those accepting exchanges via pm please consider there is probably a very good reason for the exchange not being offered in public.

As the exchange board is new these rules are subject to change at any time

Answer to bolded text: We should add new rule to Referal Exhange area, like: ''Minimum 10 posts before replying/adding a topic'' So newbies can view information about PTC before doing any risks!

The explanation is here= http://www.talkptc.com/index.php?topic=20.0
Please, read the board's rules before posting.
This is not the first or second time.
Members can use ref link only in specific boards in specific circumstances.
Pay attention on the board you are using (near the top of the page), this will avoid mistakes.

IMO the person starting a topic here should say if the site requires investment to cash out?

Could this be added to rules please?
