 :) honest admin are useless if they have nothing to do whit ptc programs . a program must speak for is self .the programs speaks for the admin .

i opt for low ads and fast payment for a top ptc. there for if you have low ads prices you will have many advertisers , therefore many members , there fore confidence, therefore honest reputation , there fore money , there fore succes.  clear?!
