Title: Anyone member of paid2016?

the first time I join on the site, it looks promising but after I get the minimum payout amount and to request payment, payment is delayed until 6 days till today ... do not correspond to the terms between 3 working days and the forum of the site can not be accessed again but the site is still active ... whether it be a scam sign?

Yeap I can vouch for this. Requested a payout for a few bucks. They marked it as complete but I never received the money on PayPal.
