Looking for cheap vps hosting

I am looking for a cheap hosting with dedicated ip.
Anyone has any good idea or any details of any provider.
Requirements: 50gb hosting space, Dedicated ip, 100% uptime. budget is 30 usd per month.
Is NetShop-isp.com.cy vps hosting reliable? Any host for comparison, please? Thanks.

I have recently switched to dedicated server from VPS and can say that NetShop-isp.com.cy support was really helpful.
These people are awesome. Very quick responses to tickets, in understandable English, 100% so far. Their rates are really affordable!

Like netshop isp Netherlands VPS. KVM-based VPS on low-contingency servers and dedicated resources on each VPS.
The package I use is perfect for me, the pricing is very reasonable and the payment plan fits my needs wonderfully.
