we already have a sticky post in new sites section explaining what to be done to request it :

You now have the opportunity to request membergroup status so you will be easy recognizable to our members

to request just go to:
Profile --->  modify profile -----> group membership

You must be the owner of the site to request membership

owners using a warez, with free domain and/or free host will not be added

if you have an owner badge we expect to be updated about your site(s)
we do not have the inclination to check if your site is still around so if we do not get updated your badge will be removed

that's all you need to do to get the badge

only condition badge wont be applied to the requester is if he is a known scammer or he has double accounts in forum , we support honest owners not those who hide behind another account to hide their real identity
