hi
i take a look on the forum of earn3, that not have forum, it redirected you to a forum called splurgebux,
and this what i find.
when the members request his payout the admin says
"Payouts are being paid as sales come in. Plus if you have any ideas that can help the site or to vote on the new rule you can go here. http://www.splurgebux.com/forum/index.php?topic=639.0 If you have ideas to help sales let me know."
"Uh, and where do you expect the rest of the funds to come from? HUUUH??? Grow a brain. Money doesn't grow on trees, it doesn't magically show up in marks wallet to pay you all. The sales have to come in, in order for you to be paid. So get real."

yes but the owner it seem that his missing . last time ,2 months ago , he said that his having some problem whit the fire in his country . in California some parts of the forest burst into flames and the fire was closing to the city (this is what i saw on tv myself). he is from California , i dont know where from but he said that he has some problems , and since then no news about him wore made and he didn post anything ; he is also a members here .

I did some research on you tete you have all duplicate accounts as you referral so your the cheater. I forgot way I know you cheated all the last logged in ips are all the same. All the posting in the forum was for each of those accounts with a fake email address.

I was actually brave enough last month to buy an upgrade on Earn3. I know that standard members have problems with payouts, but I can say at least that premium instant cashouts work, with the only disadvantage that there is a 24h withdrawal limit set, so not all premium members can get paid in one day. But I am happy anyways that I invested 35$ and already cashed out 37$, so I will stay in profit whatever happens :-)
I have a total of 7 payouts at the moment! The last instant was 15$

you can still try for the not so instant payouts but i am guessing there really is no instant payout, limited or otherwise. they just want you to think there is instant :'( :'(
however you are allowed to pay extra for the privilege of 'priority payout'
priority will only take 15 days, if your very lucky and they dont change the rules again within those 15 days :D :D
its just another great way for them to make you pay more so they can pay even less.....
