Usually but not aways, one of the manna from the gods: popcorn & coke.
But not often. Not more than once a day.
This year I "lost" 6kg and don't want to find them anymore  =:))

hey its hard to lose i know,

i try to eat healthier sometimes like when i buy an iced coffee i dont have them put sugar in it lol.

I am luck in the fact i live in a state in USA (IOWA) were there are tons of deer so i like this homemade dish i make as follows.

cut venison into strips like fajita meat, cut up an onion into slices, chop up fresh garlic---then saute the onions &garlic in a lil olive oil until they brown --throw in the cut up venison and a lil cracked pepper continue to saute it all together until meat is cooked and toss on a plate steaming hot with some cut up and fried red potatoes OMG!

just phenomenal!!! and venison is soooo much healthier than beef with zero fat! makes for a really good eat while staring at the screen and keeps the wife happy  :)
