Life insurance avoid death?
How to guard a dead man´s Life?

I have never seen a bank or a financial sys that looses money.
If anything, any thing gets wrong, this is you who always pay.

There is an early post in this forum that points to FBI, or a site
where you can denunciate these "scammers", but I don´t remember.

Maybe someone here knows.
I think the only way to get better with yourself is denunciating.
Your money? forget it.

If there are miracles, I am also waiting for one.
So, I make mine you question.

To claim back through Paypal, just login to paypal and view the transaction you wish to claim.
At the bottom you should see a link that you can click on to do a charge back and if not then you can click on Resolution Center once logged in.
Then just click on the button Dispute A Transaction
Follow everything and fill out as much information as possible. The more information and proof you can provide the better chance you have.
Take screen shots and supply links if possible.

Good luck

that is because there is very little, if any blame IMO, for the processors...
who do exactly what 'investorscustomers' instruct them to do...
(subject of course to certain rules and regulations ;) )
...process the transactions that those very 'investorscustomers'
themselves decide on their own to make...

Who's to blame for 'scammy PTC sites'?

I think that the 'blame' must be shared...

 - one part for the admin, who in their quest to start-up
fails to understand how to run an actual business.

 - another part for the current members, who in their rush
to 'recruit' fail to set the proper outcome expectations in their
direct referrals mind.

 - but the biggest part must be for the prospective
members... who in their desperation to make money
fail to complete their proper due diligence - ask the
questions, understand where the money actually comes
from, what the risks are, what the responsibilities are, etc
