People need to realize that programmers do not spend every waking minute programming, we have lives to. There is much more going on in the world then whether or not your website has bugs. Everyone wants something for nothing, fat ppl want to be slim, ppl in hell want ice water...... Beggars can't be choosers.

Some persons believe that by pestering me day in and day out i will fix their problems faster, they think free support gives them the right to complain about things released in change-logs that are not yet fixed, they think that by complaining we will get those areas fixed faster. So I am going to tell everyone the same thing microsoft says "we will fix it when we get to it".

and ALWAYS read the freaking licenses for the software you are purchasing. they were not typed out in length to just fill the pages. they are there for a good reason.

Programmers don't work 24/7?  That is news to me.  I thought you guys could live off of eating lines of PHP and HTML code.

I wish, But it is not profitable to work all day coding have to have a day job too.
