Yes facebook is definitely good to get direct referrals if you have a lots of friends who are willing to earn money. If you opt for paid advertising on facebook, then also its good :).

I think facebook ads is good to get direct referrals.

I've tried Facebook advertising too.  The only thing I don't like about Facebook advertising is that the cost per click is not very cheap (the last time I did it, the average clicks were going for $.50 or more).

I don't think so. People go to facebook to enjoy and earn money. But if you can divert people from fun to money, facebook is a good thing.

One of the many good things about Facebook is the number of users it has. If you advertise on Facebook, you are assured that many people will see and click on your ads. However, like ryansjones, I find the advertising fee to be quite expensive.

I suppose you could always create a page for paid to click (such as a neobux fan page or something like that).  I created a page for Varolo earlier this week (which is the site where you can earn extra cash by watching and sharing commercials), though I haven't got any likes on it yet.
