Transfer of hostings

I have to transfer my hosting service from https://empirehostings.com  to new one for my aurora sites because  empirehostings.com  is being close from 7 Aug-13 as I got message from there. I am using its share hosing service at cost 1.99 pm which include 5GB Storage, 100 GB Bandwidth & 1 addon domains. Please  advise the another hosing services  at this cost & how to transfer hosting service to new one.

For anything decent it will be extremely hard to find anything around $2 a month budget.
