.co.cc is not reliable and i have had a bad experience
i registered a domain and after one month i found that my domain was available for sale for $3
it seems that the ptc that registered is in for a surprise
in any case it is better to avoid either/or free domain and free hosting ptcs
be on the lookout you will find many legitimate ones :D
