Paypal account limited

Anyone with this problem? Paypal requested that I submit some credit card details but I do not have a credit card currently. I really need to lift this limitation so as to invest in PTC. I can't even delete my account. Stupid paypal!

Anyway, the problem that caused my pp acc to get limited is due to third party accessing my acc. I am very sure there is no third party except myself as I had gone on vacation to visit some relatives and had logged into my pp acc from there! Any advice or perhaps a solution? I have tried getsatisfaction.com but to no avail. No one replied.

thats the problem..you've paypal verified or no??
login to your paypal account only from where you sign up..

Yes, I know that's the problem. It is just a misunderstanding! My pp acc isn't verified, sadly. I only used it for PTCs. So, any advice?

add bank account and buy VCC to get your paypal verified..
if you're not doing anything.. then your money in pp id won't go anywhere near yours..

Well, after I had done all those, how long does it take for paypal to un-limit my acc? I read from sites that it will take at least 6 months to reinstate paypal accs.
