paypal reversal problem

has the paypal problem has been resolved or not ?

the transaction were getting reverse

did paypal solved it ?

does anyone know ?

Paypal problem still not fully solved. No more personal payment till further notice. No withdrawal to bank till further notice. Reversal of payment is stopped now.
