License Key - This is a unique key that is registered to your domain name. You must provide a domain name so the license key can be ordered.
Default Installation - The installation is done using a reseller installer script. This means the site script will be operational with a default admin account. It's your responsibility to configure the script to meet your needs.
Ordering/Support^* - You are expected to use the provided Customer Care Center (CCC)  http://www.fjcollective.com/whmcs/  that includes a shopping cart as well as a support ticket system.

Additioanal Service:
You can use the CCC to submit a support ticket and request additional work. My fee is very reasonable and often clients get work done for free. It all depends on priorities and the amount of effort required. If necessary a quotation can be attached to your support ticket.
