Guys,

I have received the below request in my paypal account, this is probably scam.
Take note of the email used, be aware

Note:    Paypal is currently suffering from high money loss due to various scammers online, that's why we are requesting $10 from every paypal user. You will be refunded within 1 month. If you don't accept, your account will be limited and will be reviewed.
