[WTB] GPT, PTC Site

I'm looking to buy either a GPT or PTC site in the near future. I understand that my (very) low post count may have an effect on the offers that I receive, but hopefully you won't let this deter you.

I have a budget of around $500, thought that will only rise as time goes on. I'm looking to buy a GPT or PTC site that has already been established (has a member base, advertising, offers/advertisements). Criteria other than that is minimal.
