hi everyone...
i have a topic like this...
except its a auction...so i am offering just direct purchase referrals...

5 referrals                                         $0.60                                      0.10c
20 referrals                                       $2.00                                      0.10c
30 referrals                                       $3.00                                      0.10c
50 referrals                                       $4.00                                      0.07c
100 referrals                                     $7.00                                      0.07c

if you want to add incentives to the referrals, for example a click incentive, then you can purchase them for prices from 0.05c - 0.40c :) ...
definition of incentive: a motivating influence
meaning it will motivate them to click the ads, it does not mean they will.

Incentive 1. Click Advertisements
This incentive will motivate the member to click advertisements for them to get the best amount of money of your site.
Cost: $0.10

Incentive 2. Upgrade your account
This incentive will motivate the member to Upgrade their account to get even more cash from clicking advertisements, and doing other various tasks.
Cost: $0.20

Incentive 3. Complete offers (various amount)
This incentive will motivate the member to complete X amount of offers, or complete offers until you reach $X.XX amount of cash in their account.
Cost: $0.15

Incentive 4. Buy a advertising package
This incentive will motivate the member to purchase an advertising package, the amount will not be specified though.
Cost: $0.35

Incentive 5. Surf X amount of pages.
This incentive is great for traffic exchanges, or sites like EasyHits4U, this will motivate the member to surf X amount of pages on the traffic exchange.
Cost: $0.10

Incentive 6. Be active
This incentive will motivate the member to be active on the site you are promoting.
Cost: $0.08

Incentive 7. Reach the MIN. cash-out rate, and cash-out all your earnings.
This incentive will motivate the member to make enough cash to cash-out and to do so. This incentive is great for referral contest that require your referral to cash-out.
Cost: $0.30 (the reason for the higher price is because you also receive the member to complete X amount of offers, or click X amount of ads to get the ability to Cash-Out)

Incentive 8. Make X amount of posts on the forum.
This incentive will motivate the member to Post on the forum, this incentive is great for Paid To Post forums!
Cost: $0.05c
