What does an advertisor need?

I planning to create a ptc website and i was told that the hardest part is to find advertisors so i've been asking this question hundred of times: what an advertisor want and what i need to attract them?

advertisers needs differ from one to another :
* some advertisers want just traffic to their sites to increase alexa rank , and those will need cheap traffic like 1000 or 2000 or even 5000 visits for 1$
* some advertisers want actual views to their sites , that can get them members or purchasers who buy products from such sites , those are willing to pay good amount of money for real interested visitors , starting from 2$ per 1000 visits and more
* some advertisers would like signups to their sites , those prefer to buy signups instead reqular ptc credits

- the problem you will face is most advertisers like cheap traffic and will go for cheapest offers , because they know they will get visits anyway , this will make your ads value a bit low , which will make members leave your site if you have high payout rate

- so best thing is to start your site with selling cheap ads like 2000 or 3000 visits for 1$ and make your payout low , like 10 cents payouts
start building members and gaining their trust , then you can offer higher value ads for interested advertisers
keep members active and advertisers will come
