To avoid shuting down by the fbi, they are going to move their servers in the sky using drone flyers. In conclusion , if the fbi want to shut them down they have to do it literally, possibly using mig`s or f22`s. Freedom at its best )

- from what i know the idea they plan to test will be using drone servers , servers will basically be attached to a drone ( similar to automated fighter raptors or autopilot based plans ) and the drone will remain on air for about 6 months to 2 years , it will be just rely station to route traffic to a hidden land based server , which will help in preventing attacks or damages to the real servers as drone will be easy to replace if any thing happened to them

- this is still in early beta testing mod as pirate bay team announced but project might be delayed for a while because of the prison sentences that were issued against pirate bay founders

- the idea is good but it's still limited because the flying drones wont be actually hosting any data but will just be like routers to guide traffic to the main server
