Some Help, PLEASE!

In an attempt to become a part of this community, I was going through my profile, and updating it as needed.  One of the things I thought I should add, was my image to be attached to my profile.  After several attempts, I was not able to add my image.  I thought that perhaps it required a smaller version...so I reduced to a max of 100x100: and attempted to upload - but still no luck.  I then tried to reduce it even further...now down to 65x65 - and yes...still no luck.

I am not sure if there really is any magical number (size); if images are turned off for the site or for my membership level; or is my account uniquely blocked for some reason.  I would appreciate anyone's help in this matter..especially from a Mod or Admin.  I just like to put a real face to my posts...showing that I am a REAL person.

Thank you very much.  I thought that perhaps I had messed things up.
