I'm making a new innovation for earn $ in internet

I will explain it right here.

My idea is the next:
- Have a forum, with a cash mod in it. You win the virtual money each time you post in our forums, and that money can be cashed out into real $.
If you referrer a person to our forum, and you have the proof, you'll an extra $ to the balance.
Each post that your referrer make, you earn some $. So that's the way, you can rent referrals investing.
Methods of payment will be, from now, Alertpay, within 24 hours. Soon will be ble to pay via PayPal.
You also can pay for your banner in our website, for win  visitors.

I am needing people for help me on this, an Admin who invest with me, and few people for start this.
The hosting is paid, and I'll buy the domain very soon, so we'll open soon too

No, it isn't false adversiting, it's the same as a PTC.
