Splash Points

I had been collecting Splash Points from Traffic Splash. I finally decided to "spend" them for credits. I placed my order and never received the credits at Traffic Splash. When I checked my Splash Points account, it showed that my ordered had been refunded. I submitted a support ticket, several days ago, to ask for an explanation, but they have not responded. Anyone else have this happen or have any feedback? Thanks. Bob
