What exactly do I do there to earn?

every day you surf the 20 sites 7% of your investment will be added to your account.
you can convert the credits you surf to advertise one of your own sites.

after you have surfed 20 sites a day for 20 days you can cashout 140% of your investment and start all over again.

if your very lucky you might even receive your money but just like ptc, many of these hyips are scam and disappear before you get paid.

i do join one once in a while and sometimes i get paid but i never reinvest because once people reach payout the sites usually have to payout more than goes in and they disappear.
