btw site is also advertised on another forum and as far as I am aware (as I am interested in buying) the domain is registered to the hosting company and not to the website owner, so OP how will domain transfer work when the site is sold?

will we have to wait for the hosting company to transfer it to you for you to transfer it to the buyer or will you be sorting this before it's sold?
