im sure they dont, its just a thought, you can have google remove sites that are copyright violations, and im sure that google removes all illegal material when alerted to it, and autoclickers are illegal and immoral

im sure if "the masses" actually complained to google they would take action, as it would make them look very bad if we were to publish an article on how google refuses to remove pages that teach people how to commit fraud and offer downloads of programs to exploit other peoples websites

Exploiting isn't illegal. Exploiting involves simply changing variables in forms (usually hidden) or grabbing data from a page and automatically running a script with that data. Hacking involves actually breaking the security of the website to change and/or delete data on the website. Very different.

I used to exploit MMORPG sites all the time to help the webmasters make sure players couldn't cheat. Hey, that's a good synonym for exploiting: cheating.

so your saying that if i go and exploit google with blackhat methods and steal advertisers money that they wouldnt get charges filed on me?

No, they can't unless they have a signed contract saying you won't. If you used black hat methods, all they can do is block your website from their search engine. Google is very sophisticated and has ways of dealing with these problems, but it's still not illegal to use black hat methods. It's just a really stupid thing to do because t may get you up high in the search engine for a while but once they find out it'll never be there again. They can't sue you for using black hat methods and I'm a bit interested in how you'd "steal" money from advertisers.
