I have been online doing ptr and ptc since 2005 but have recently joined this forum. What is your opinion of ref exchange with new members?

I see some nice sites I'm a member have no exchange/downlinebuilder/payment proof here - but making ref exchange with new members - are they active?

And I'm not picking any newbies - I'm well aware I'm new at this Forum.

I think that they deserve a chance to prove themselves even with a post count of 0, if you have any problems then just write it in the reports section and we'll send them a pm. If we find that there's an occurrence where there's multiple cases of inactivity then we will deal with it accordingly

the ref exchange boards are fairly new so almost everybody there will be new

there are a few that already have a lot of payout proof but everybody deserves a chance
