Buxout Scammer Caught - Its NorthOwl

Read this carefully its a serious issue , a cyber crime file is already registered on this site http://indiacyberlab.in and they will send the reciept of crime report within 2-3 days then further action will be taken on the scammer country in legal manners.

I was in search of this scammer since many days bcoz many of my friends got scammed by buxout.com and the scammer was hidden behind Clicksia.com and also owned Earnmoneyspace.com the biggest forum. He accepted that he scammed through Buxout.com here is the email and also his site admin Kareem was involved in this site.

If u have invested on these sites buxout.com / earn3.com / extra10.com and never got paid and site went off without paying u any penny just send me the valid reciept with the Date and Transaction ID clearly mentioned all receipt will give our case more strong.

he is owner of clicksia and incentrai and also earnmoneyspace.com and many hidden website like richptc and ptcwallet sites are also in his partnership. We have sent Enquiries to Alertpay/Paypal and hosting companies to send us the actual reports and so far paypal replied they are investigating and will inform the Credit Card details as soon as possible.

scammers aren't those poor owners who start a site and it goes down because lack of money
if you did a mistake once
you learn in the second
if not the second
you learn in the third
if not the third
then you plan what you do
and do what you plan
business problems wont allow people to run forums and pay members over 30$ each week just for charity
business problems want make some persons put their hands in others pockets and take their money and waste their time
then trick them by throwing some of what they stole on air so people come like ants to collect it

not because some people are silent it means they approve or agree on scams
among the first scam sites i where in are those 3 sites which failed by business problems
valuebux also wasn't so far , i lost alot of time and money and i was scammed in those sites
sometimes it's better to wait for your best shot , instead of going like a rookie throwing things here and there

  seems this point was big for you

They don't stop scamming,  they just get better at hiding 

he owns a forum and he can make as many dup accounts as he wants
with an audience of 20k he can launch a new scam every day and nobody will know
