I found 2 AlertPay address:

2. https://www.alertpay.com/index.aspx

Opera said that the first one is a fraud site. But Firefox didn't say anything.
Are they the same? If not, which one is true?

Those URLs are from the same website (AlertPay). Opera is weird, but they could be right, and we'd all be f***ed!

Gee If you have an office does that mean you can't scam people ?
It just makes the scam more sophisticated.
Back on topic Alertpay might be crappy and no way near PayPal but they are still an established financial company. So I wouldn't call them a scam.

I've had some MAJOR problems with PayDouche in the past. Specifically to do with eBay. I sold a turbo, shipped it off, 30 days later the piece of shit who bought it issued a chargeback and PayDouche immediately took the money back, and told ME---ME...that I was the one who was responsible for reimbursing them the money. Bull. They turned me into a debt collector and I got myself an attorney, attorney called them and they shut the hell up. But still that was a pain to deal with, and I'm reluctant to deal with them at all anymore.
