August 11th 2011 - The Mass Payments Function will no longer be enabled for new customers.  Existing customers will have it disabled and will only be re enabled on request which takes up to 48 hours as long as the Paypal account is in good standing

so whats going to happen?
no masspay for new kids on the block
higher (less) payouts for new kids
more instant payouts, or not
more alertpay

good or bad?

btw my masspay is still available
that probably means all the old known scammers will still have masspay,  not that they actually use it
