What is Alert Pay?

There are some PTC sites that only pay out to Alert Pay. What is Alert Pay? Looks like it's another PayPal but I'm not sure.

Basically yes, but there are deep differences on how they operates.
Alertpay serves few country banks so, basically you are restricted to use it in the ptc world.
PayPal servers a lot of countries and services, you can buy a lot of virtual goods, get money in your hands and so on.
but,
PP is responsible for interning many owners for insanity.  :bang
You may have heard about frozen PP.

Yep looks like another paypal but in the ptc world it's number 1  ;D. But in other worlds, it's... nothing when comparing with PayPal ^^
