first time when i use this kind of progs i was curious how do they work , what do they modified on my windows that make it to work better. and now i don`t completely depend on this progs cuz i learn a few things that helped me so far.

yes the program u rec is good and simple . i use to use tune up utilities and it is good.

I am aware that there are a few programs out there that are really god in making or pc much better, better then tunexp , better then TUU

Do you know everything those do?

You could accomplish all of it by yourself without a program, it'd just take a little more time rather than just clicking "Yes" or "No".
