Firstly, hi mak welcome, you are actually one of the better mem's mods its so nice that you have joined to comment, yes I did indeed say I would not brake rules but perhaps you can do me the kindness of telling me the exact re ason I'm banned I don't want to hear wat I did in the past I want the exact rule ibroke after I told u I would not brake the rules, its a very simple question, as regards posting here in the wrong board well that's wrong this post started as a post on someone else's thread it was a comment, it was removed and admin kindy started this thread

I told you that was my last post in your flame thread I am not going to continue to discuss your being banned it has no relevance to this forum and it is not getting you anywhere so there is no point and you dont seem to get the point that you were banned for LOTS of reasons

Your flames against EMS have annoyed me so much that you can tell Tom to find someone else to design MonsterPTC.com for you


well this just shows how petty you are Holly, i asked Legit Sites to update and redesign my site, he comes back and shows me a temp design which is very good, he tells me you designed it and thats cool with me, your very good at what you do, but now your angry cause i report the truth and ask for answers, it should be me refusing to let you do the work not the other way around, but if you dont want to do it then you tell Legit yourself, that has nothing to do with me. And i suggest you stick to designing rather than moderating your clearly much better at designing.

So Holly i ask the question again what did i do that pushed mem to ban, dont give me all that nonsense it was lots of things, we have already heard from mak that i made an agreement with him one that i would not brake any rules, so from that moment when i made that promise i want to know what i did to get my self banned.

Its a very simple question what did i do to get banned.

Sorry but I am not being petty - I didn't make any deal with Tom: He asked if I could make a design for your site and I said I would see what I could do, and now i have decided not to complete the work - no money has been paid to me .

MEM or EMS have nothing to do with this - I am an Adult with my own opinions that are not clouded by other peoples opinions.

And I am in no way scared to answer you - just sick and tired of talking about it and to you because you do not take on board what anyone tells you.

Snidey remarks, harassment and general all out attitude towards people are things I do not tolerate.

I politely requested you to not contact me again here and you carried on - guess I was right when I said you don't take on board any anyone says..

I do not have to give you any reasons for your ban at EMS - you know what you did and if you say you don't then you are just proving me right again i.e: you do not listen when people tell you things............................

Again I am not scared of you and your mouth I just can't be bothered with you as you were given all the attention you wanted on EMS by staff and I wont indulge you any longer

I have a right to change my mind on who I design for and like I said there was no definite contract between myself and Tom (who was acting on your behalf) and no money changed hands so to speak - so through your actions you lost the design I created.

And again MEM has nothing to do with what I do or say, plus I really don't know why you insist on bringing up your ban everywhere you go online - do you really think you would be unbanned after your posts and threads slamming EMS??

I wont be allowed back on ems, well i never say never, Northowl is not stupid he will only give you guys so much rope and you seem to be pretty good at hanging yourselves and bringing down ems rep you lack of ability to diffuse an argument is a huge flaw, Mak should give you guys some tips, he was pretty good, polite reasonable everything you and Mem are not.

Im in contact with Northowl via Clicksia support he's told me he doesn't know why im banned so perhaps just perhaps i can resolve this with him.

so agian Holly we comeback to the question.

What did i do to after i made my promise to mak to get me banned?

People get banned in EMS because they are SCAMMERS?
I believe not all who get banned are scammers there are some but not all.

And what you gotta know about northowl huh... You dont know anything about him.... A few months ago some of us had chance to get complete info about his whois record
and server data... He is a scammer... He uses two servers NORTHOWL and SOUTHOWL and his servers were also hosting buxout.com

I have my sympathies for you triple7 and Omega... EMS is a safe heaven for real scammers...not talkPTC... Infact I suggest people like drfawd and other who supports EMS should be banned and EMS must be boycotted.....

TalkPTC was , is and will be the best PTC community....
And Aurora will be the best Admin ever... yeah she is a lot more intelligent than MEM.....

i have sent numerous support tickets to Northowl on one of his ptc sites to try to get re instated, just because i think what mem did was pure and simple just wrong, Northowl went to the mods and they all said i should stay banned why cause they are al in mems pocket, i tried again and Northowl said i should talk to mem direct i said yes i would talk to all the mods answer all questions and concerns on the secret mod board and mem blocked it why would she do that, i tried again with northowl, he openly admits he cant see what i did wrong but and i quote when all the mods vote against you what do i do, well i tell you what you do north you take control of your forum your admin you make the decisions you siad you dont know why im banned you want to give me a chance but your too weak in your own forum and another really annoying habit you have north is just to close support threads.

I still need 1 question asked what was the last thing that i did to get banned??? and no one will answer that

i would like now to give EMS  a name change to MEM'S cause she clearly is running the show
